Algorithmus – detaillierte Annahmen, Gleichungen und Modi

Technische Referenz für Reservoir-/Geo-User: welche Annahmen gelten, welche Gleichungen verwendet werden, und wie die verschiedenen Modi den Run beeinflussen.

A) Grundannahmen (Model Assumptions)

Planare Porosität als Zielgröße: Matching erfolgt auf Flächenanteil im ROI (nicht auf 3D-Volumen).
Bin-Fraktionen bleiben input-getrieben: vol_frac wird nicht aus Geometrie rückgerechnet.
Referenzmodell und gefertigte Geometrie sind getrennt: Referenz steuert Zielverteilung, fabricated steuert realisierbare Kanalgeometrie.
Junctions beeinflussen Referenz-Volumengewichtung und Geometrieflächenbeitrag, aber nicht die Rückrechnung von vol_frac.

B) Eingaben und Normalisierung

target_planar_phi: akzeptiert Bruchzahl oder Prozentangabe (z. B. 0.32 oder 32%), wird intern auf [0,1] normalisiert.
vol_frac: numerisch auf Summe 1 normalisiert (falls notwendig), keine geometriebasierte Umverteilung.
Bin source mode:
- source = micp: MICP-Durchmesser + importierte Fraktion sind Primärdaten.
- source = manual: eingegebene Width/Depth/Fraktion sind Primärdaten.

C) Referenzmodell (für Target-Aufteilung)

Referenzgeometrie je Bin:

MICP-Bins: width_ref = micp_diameter, depth_ref aus Klassenmodell (small/medium/large).
Manual-Bins: width_ref = width_um, depth_ref = depth_um.

Referenz-Volumenproxy: reference_bin_volume = (width_ref × depth_ref) × junction_factor

Junction factor: junction_factor = 1 + reference_junction_weight × max(junction_diameter_scale - 1, 0)

D) Allocation Modes (Ziel-φ-Verteilung)

vol_frac_only:
- weight_i = vol_frac_i
volfrac_times_reference_volume:
- weight_i = vol_frac_i × reference_bin_volume_i

Bin-Target-Gleichung: target_phi_i = target_planar_phi × weight_i / Σ(weight)

E) Dynamic Reallocation + Feasible Floor

Dynamic Reallocation: nach jedem Bin wird verbleibendes Ziel-φ auf verbleibende Bins neu verteilt.
Feasible Floor: pro Bin wird ein minimal erreichbares φ bei Seed-Untergrenze berücksichtigt, damit keine physikalisch unmöglichen Tiny-Bin-Targets verlangt werden.
Wenn frühe Bins unvermeidbar über Ziel liegen, schützt Reallokation den Gesamtmatch.

F) Manufacturing Clamp (fabricated geometry)

Wenn width < manufacturing_limit: Breite wird auf Limit gesetzt.
Tiefe wird skaliert, um hydraulische Ähnlichkeit zu erhalten (Näherung): width · depth³ ≈ const.
Raw-Hints (_raw_width_um, _raw_depth_nm) bleiben für Reporting/Nachvollziehbarkeit erhalten.

G) Superpose-Geometrie und Auto-Tune

Pipeline je Bin: Voronoi-Ridges → line buffering (throats) → Junction-Disks → Clipping auf ROI.
Auto-Tune variiert Seedzahl (mit Floors/Quantisierung/Refinement), bis φ_achieved nahe φ_target liegt.
Fehlerkennzahlen pro Bin: Δφ = φ_achieved - φ_target, relative Abweichung Δφ / φ_target.

H) Wichtige Run-Modi/Parameter (User-relevant)

reference_allocation_mode: vol_frac_only vs volfrac_times_reference_volume.
reference_junction_weight: Stärke der Junction-/Body-Gewichtung im Referenzmodell.
dynamic_target_reallocation: Restziel-Verteilung während des Runs.
manufacturing_limit_um: Fertigungsbreiten-Limit für Clamp.
safe_merge_per_bin: optionaler Legacy-Import-Merge (nicht nötig für Standardausgabe).

I) Interpretation der Ergebnisse (für Engineering-Entscheidung)

Gesamt-Fit: TOTAL achieved φ vs TOTAL target φ.
Bin-Fit: pro Bin Δφ und relative Abweichung prüfen.
Clamp-Einfluss: wie viele Bins sind clamped und wie stark wurde Depth angepasst.
Junction-Einfluss: Beitrag aus +junctions-Fläche und gewählter Scale/Faktor.
